Approach

We combined qualitative and quantitative research to build a playbook for attracting men: 1. Interviewed marketing leaders from female-first brands that successfully cracked the men's market to identify proven strategies and common pitfalls 2. Used AI-powered social listening to analyze the client's existing male customer segments, mapping their interests, influences, preferred brands, and purchase drivers 3. Benchmarked our client's share against top competitors for each segment, then diagnosed why share was high or low based on customer behavior patterns

Result

Delivered an actionable growth strategy showing exactly where and how to win with men across product, collaborations, content, and campaigns. Each recommendation was rooted in understanding what drives customer behavior in each segment and what successful brands have done to break through.
