Context

A Latin American luxury knitwear brand had tested expansion into 10+ markets but struggled to gain traction. They needed a clear path to profitable international growth.

Approach

We combined internal organisational diagnostics with external expertise to build a realistic expansion playbook: 1. Interviewed internal executives to understand organizational strengths, gaps, and reasons for past market failures 2. Sourced and interviewed experts from brands that successfully scaled internationally, including marketing VPs, operational leaders, and private equity investors who funded global expansion 3. Built a comprehensive strategy covering market prioritization, channel strategy, product localization, brand positioning, organizational structure, and talent placement

Result

Delivered a 5-year roadmap with a detailed 2-year operational plan including budgets, ROI projections, and clear KPIs at each milestone. Provided key vendor/partner contacts for product development and wholesale, plus hiring plans to support execution. The brand now has a clear, funded path to international scale.
